Our teams train once, sometimes twice, a week throughout the season, often continuing throughout the summer in preparation for the following season.

We move to winter training at local facilities such as Caldicot leisure centre from October until the milder weather returns in February/March.

Our club fees are among the lowest in the surrounding area thanks to the proactive activity of our volunteers who secure the club donations and sponsorships from the amazing businesses within our communities.
